Glossary Term:
One-Way Audio

A type of audio verification capable of being activated by the initiation of another security device. The monitoring facility can access a one-way audio feed when a device such as a hold-up button, audio detector or door contact has come into alarm. Also known as Listen-In or Listen Back Audio.
